Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sairu and any related services provided by us. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Sairu is a job search workspace for individual candidates and career coaches. During the beta period, the service is provided free of charge. Features, pricing, and availability may change with reasonable notice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person; you may not share access or create accounts on behalf of others without permission.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Sairu for lawful job search and career coaching purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service programmatically without permission
• Attempt to access other users' workspaces or data
• Use the service in a way that damages, disables, or impairs our infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the service

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you add to your workspace — resumes, notes, outreach drafts, and any other materials. By storing content in Sairu, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. AI features

Sairu includes AI-powered features such as resume tailoring, fit scoring, and outreach suggestions. These features are tools to assist your judgment — not replacements for it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. Review all AI output before use.

6. Beta disclaimer

Sairu is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may pause, change, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data and provide advance notice of significant changes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sairu's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your workspace data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
